PRL has been involved in developing scientific instruments for space and atmospheric studies since the early 1970s. In recent years, we developed sophisticated scientific instruments to support our diverse and challenging space research programs and other developmental projects. Particularly, PRL has contributed towards the development of sophisticated instruments for GSAT-2, Chandrayaan-1, Chandrayaan-2, Chandrayaan-3 and Aditya L1 missions. Currently, we are involved in development of several scientific instruments for the upcoming Moon, Mars, Venus and Aeronomy missions.
We are looking forward for active industry participation, collaboration and contribution for various activities involving design & development of sensors/detectors, development of hybrid devices, design & fabrication of printed circuit boards, wiring of PCBs, fabrication of high precision mechanical parts, coating of mechanical parts with different materials etc. in accordance with space environmental guidelines.
